「There was a water leakage on the bath tub from the upper floor. Servicers stopped the leak but they did not wipe out the dirty water. In addition, due to flight delay by carrier, I cancelled one night stay, the hotel took about 300 USD room rent according to THEIR cancel policy without any sympathy words for flight delay, compensation coupon or discount. Their hospitality seems not to be professional's.」

「23時くらいの到着．入館時のセキュリティが厳重で，スーツケース，バックのX線透過検査があった．担当の警備員は親切で紳士的であった．館内はやや古さを感じるものの，落ち着いた雰囲気で，部屋内も清潔．ウエルカムフルーツ（リンゴとバナナ）があったのはうれしかった．アメニティはやや古典的であったものの感じはよかった．朝食はビュッフェ形式だが食べ物は多様で豊富，スタッフは気が利く． ただ，値段に対して十分な価値があるかというと，若干疑問で，ちょっと高すぎるような気がした．セキュリティの厳重さを考えると仕方がないのかな？」

You get to see the iconic King Faisal Mosque from the room, breakfast area and roof area. It has best restaurants in the country with roof top on 24th floor with spectacular...

「Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes. 」

「For the price paid I would rate this establishment 5/5. The location is G6/4 which is a central and affluent neighbourhood. The twin room was large and cost-effective and the water was always hot, and the WiFi strong. The staff were all especially helpful and friendly too. The only recommendations I would make regard the bedroom fridge which has not been cleaned in a long time...and the laundry, which could be less expensive. Aside from these things, all was well :) 」

「通常の設備やサービスは良かった。ただ1つ反省してほしいことがある。 深夜1時20分、寝ているときに電話で起こされた。現地語で何やら言っているがわからない。電話を切ったら、ドアをノックされ、開けると「コーヒー？」と聞かれた。知らないと答えると、立ち去った。5時間後にホテルの予約担当にどうなっているのかメールを出したが、謝罪の言葉も何の返事もなかった。どうなっているのだろうか？」

「Don't expect the glamor of the lobby photo online--that is very good photography, but the reality is a bit less grand. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but Pakistan is not as advanced as some of its neighbors when it comes to tourist infrastructure. (It was two days before I saw anyone who wasn't South Asian in Islamabad--there just isn't that much tourism, or even that much international business, at least that I could see. There is only one bank where you can withdraw from a foreign...

「The hotel was clean breakfast was good but the main thing was the helpfulness and attention given by the hotel staff. They were amazing. Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags! I really get appreciated by all as a guest. Thank you!」
