「There was a water leakage on the bath tub from the upper floor.
Servicers stopped the leak but they did not wipe out the dirty water.
In addition, due to flight delay by carrier, I cancelled one night stay,
the hotel took about 300 USD room rent according to THEIR cancel policy
without any sympathy words for flight delay, compensation coupon or discount.
Their hospitality seems not to be professional's.」

「通常の設備やサービスは良かった。ただ1つ反省してほしいことがある。
深夜1時20分、寝ているときに電話で起こされた。現地語で何やら言っているがわからない 。電話を切ったら、ドアをノックされ、開けると「コーヒー？」と聞かれた。知らないと答えると、立ち去った。5時間後にホテルの予約担当にどうなっているのかメールを出したが、謝罪の言葉も何の返事もなかった。どうなっているのだろうか？」

「For the price paid I would rate this establishment 5/5. The location is G6/4 which is a central and affluent neighbourhood. The twin room was large and cost-effective and the water was always hot, and the WiFi strong. The staff were all especially helpful and friendly too. The only recommendations I would make regard the bedroom fridge which has not been cleaned in a long time...and the laundry, which could be less expensive. Aside from these things, all was well :) 」

「Don't expect the glamor of the lobby photo online--that is very good photography, but the reality is a bit less grand. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but Pakistan is not as advanced as some of its neighbors when it comes to tourist infrastructure.
