「There was a water leakage on the bath tub from the upper floor.
Servicers stopped the leak but they did not wipe out the dirty water.
In addition, due to flight delay by carrier, I cancelled one night stay,
the hotel took about 300 USD room rent according to THEIR cancel policy
without any sympathy words for flight delay, compensation coupon or discount.
Their hospitality seems not to be professional's.」
「Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes. 」
「The front staff were very friendly and helpful on check-in, the manager who spoke fluent english gave me his WhatsApp for any hrlp or inquiries i might need.
Straight after check-in i proceeded to order room service from Tabaq which is their in house restaurant. The biryani was delicious and i ordered repeatedly from there, the food for breakfast was also terrific.
The room itself is alright, great bed but an average bathroom and shower. Very spacious though with a couch and table tor eating...
「For the price paid I would rate this establishment 5/5. The location is G6/4 which is a central and affluent neighbourhood. The twin room was large and cost-effective and the water was always hot, and the WiFi strong. The staff were all especially helpful and friendly too. The only recommendations I would make regard the bedroom fridge which has not been cleaned in a long time...and the laundry, which could be less expensive. Aside from these things, all was well :) 」

Their security was also very thorough.
It's a well located, extremely comfortable hotel which is perfect for exploring the city.

「Stayed at this place for 3 days it was very clean and staff was very cooperative. Alot of good restaurants nearby and embassy was only 10 mins away. Our flight got cancelled and they lets us stay at the place for extra 6 hours without any charge. Highly recommend this place」

The staff are very friendly and helpful, but Pakistan is not as advanced as some of its neighbors when it comes to tourist infrastructure.
