"Nice stay. We went out of season so island and hotel very quiet. Lovely service from B&B owner. Booked a family room with breakfast but ended up with two rooms...not an issue for us. No breakfast being served either, again not an issue as bakery just up the road. It was our of season so I think these were more of a miscommunication with hotels.com. Great location for Barano beach, easy to reach using no 5 bus from main bus station from ischia port."

"Room was very clean, and have an awesome ocean front view. The pool needs a lot of care, it was very neglected. The hotel have an amazing closeness to the beautiful ocean but accessibility is very challenging, specially for older, disabled people. Potential guest will have to walk a lot or use a small boat for 5 euros to get to the hotel. It's a family owned place where they offer you amazing food and great service at a reasonable price. And the views are the best we ever had!"

"Parcheggio coperto, piscina, giardino, hall, atmosfera rilassante, informale e familiare, "

"What a delightful treat to stay at this property. It was a perfect place for a relaxing girls weekend. The breakfast was amazing. Views-stunning! Spa services were a bonus and the Baia di Sorgeto was a wonderful surprise as well. Restaurants and thermal pools on site made it easy to not have to venture too far and just relax. Everyone who worked there was so kind and helpful. I would love to return someday."

"The hotel was charming and the staff was wonderful. The view was beautiful. The rooms could use an update."

"Beautiful property in a great location for some R&R. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay at this lovely property. Highly recommend."

"Heated pool outside in October. Mineral pool. Property looked well kept. Very cute place. I would stay again for sure!"

"Wonderful hotel and I’ve enjoyed my stay. Hotel personnel are very friendly and polite. I had a room overlooking to the castle and the view was lovely. Being off season, hotel was not full and worked out very nicely, I felt like I had my private terrace. Breakfast was extraordinary."

"We stayed 4 days 3 nights and enjoyed all the amenities. Beautiful Resort. The restaurant Oasis is a must."

"great location"

"Our stay at Neptunus was excellent! The exterior lounge pool and green area of the property with the beautiful view of the sea, hills and sunset are one of the high points! We loved having drinks late afternoon and the lunch/dinner food was very good. The hotel is very close to Saint Angelo and to some nice beaches. And 20min from Aragonese castle. Overall a great experience for me and my spouse!"

"Amazing hotel, what a find, I am planning to go back!"
