"Family friendly: they have rooms with three twin beds. Other hotels /hostal in Madrid do not allow stay three person in the same room.

Stayed as a family of four with a 9 and 12 year old. For the price, you cannot beat this place. I would recommend staying here to anyone. They even responded to our concern prior to our arrival and they were so thoughtful in their response.

It was a good location. Lots of restaurants and bars and shopping. Also the hostel provided walking tours or would link you up with other tours. we did a hop on hop off tour. There is a restaurant on site with very good food. The shower was great. Thee only thing I would recommend is some hooks on the wall so you can hang up jacket and/or wet towels after shower.

I'm from the USA traveling alone and I was a little apprehensive at first since I never share rooms before, I went to the front desk several times asking questions and trying to understand the place and their system. The youngsters at the front desk were super kind and fun to talk to, answered all my questions always with a smile. Then I met the girls at the share room and the show me were everything was, my bed was clean and fresh an super spacious!!! I realized that there are lots of girls...

Volvería miles de veces, el staff es EXCELENTE y que estén 24/7 es excelente porque siempre ayudan y con la mejor actitud. Volvería miles de veces por ellos y por el staff esta 24/7. Lo único hay mucho ruido pero es manejable, pero con todo eso la experiencia es increíble como ya dije, vuelvo el próximo año
