「The rooms were clean, The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay!」

「Thank you for everything」

「When I told them that the bathtub plug was broken and hot water was not filling up, they said they would come to fix it in 30 minutes. However, no one came. As a result, I was not able to use the bathtub. Also, I cannot use the heating. There is a wood stove, but there is not enough wood. The entrance door is not properly installed, so a draft comes in and it is cold.」

「Best in Palm desert」
