当日から最低限のアメニティが揃ってない。催促しなければ、歯ブラシなど 揃ってない プールも清潔とはいえない。 朝食はまぁまぁ 日本語を話せるスタッフはいない ホテルから駅にでるまでは かなり距離がある もちろんその間タクシーかトゥクトゥク

４か月ぐらいに６部屋予約しました。なるべく隣同士か近くで部屋割りをお願いしましたが、全て階数も違い建物も違っていたりと、全く対応していただけませんでした。ホテルの状況は夜の外から見る限り、満室ではなかったようなので、どうして希望を聞き入れてくれなかったのかがとても不満です。部屋割りは、旅行者にとっては大切な事であるという事を知っておいてほしいと思います。４カ月ぐらい前に予約をしても部屋割りに配慮いただけないことは、５つ星としてはとても残念なサービスだと思います。 その他の件でのサービスは、良いと思います。朝食も美味しいです。プールは小さいですが、バンコク市内でリゾート気分が味わえるのは、このホテルぐらいではないでしょうか。また、近くの駅は寺院観光にはもってこいのルートになりますので、タクシー観光でなくても十分楽しめます。 １組だけの旅行の場合は、このホテルはおすすめです

ホテルもすごく綺麗で、プールも最高。スタッフさんの対応がすごく素敵で、心地よい時間が過ごせました。駅から遠いかな？と思いましたが、ほぼタクシーなどを使いましたので、大丈夫でした。最寄り駅までの無料シャトルバスもあり楽でした。朝ごはんも美味しくて毎朝楽しみでした。 部屋の清掃だけ入っていないようでして、そこがどうしてかな？と思いました。

Unfortunately, the person at the reception was the same person as our last visit. She just did the check in process with no smile, no words for welcome back and no hospitality. We did not feel welcome at all. It was too bad because other staff were nice with smile, but because of her, unfortunately our impression of this hotel was not good.

口コミ通り、白を基調とした部屋 ロビーの開放的な感じ スタッフの感じの良さ 最高でした♪ ただ、駅までのkシャトルバスの時間帯が分からず 一回しか乗れなかったことが残念でした また、オプションツアーの参加で 朝食が1日食べられなかったのですが、 そんな時は昼でも夜でも食べられると 知らなかったので、夕飯をレストランで有料で食べました シャトルバスと食事の件は、 積極的に案内があれば、ありがたかったです 小さな子ども連れにも、ありがたい 浅くて小さめのプールがあり その横に、椅子があるので 子どもを遊ばせるのに良さそうでした 13歳の、娘と3泊したのですが、 出かけては、ホテルに戻りたがり 次回来た時も、またここに泊まりたい という程、気に入っていました スタッフの方は、どの方もとても素敵でした 拙い私の英語を一生懸命聞き取ろうとしてくださり いつも快く対応してもらいました 客室が多すぎないので、朝食もゆっくり取れ ごちゃごちゃしてないのが、特に素敵でした☆

リゾート気分が味わえるホテル
中心街にありながらバカンス気分を味わえるホテル。プールは快適。MRTからの距離は徒歩10分程あるので、ホテル内でのんびりする方向け。尚、自転車を貸してくれるし、1時間に1本のシャトルバスも利用可。朝食はビュッフェとアラカルトがミックスされて、大満足。

最後以外良かった！ どっちかというとお籠りホテルです。 タクシー必須ですのでどちらかと言うとバンコク上級者向きです。 朝食は素晴らしかったです！ 最後空港までタクシー(流しのタクシー)をお願いして、いざ乗り込む時にボーイが５００バーツと言いました。 普通に行けば250-300バーツぐらいでしょうか。 ここに泊まるので細かいお金は気にしませんが バンコクに慣れてる方なら気分を害すと思います。 grabタクシー使って空港行ってください(*^^*)

親切丁寧なスタッフで、滞在中安心して過ごせた。お部屋は、狭かったものの清潔で良かった。食事も美味しくコスパの高さを感じた。 ただ、近くにコンビニはあったが、ホテル内にもショップがあれば、より良かったと思う。

深夜便着でもチェックインは２４時間対応頂けるので心配ありません。ドンムアン空港⇔ホテルはタクシーを利用しました。行きは空港のタクシー乗り場から乗車で５００バーツ(高速利用なし・メーター利用なし)で、帰りはホテルで呼んでもらい空港までは３３０バーツ（高速利用高速代込み・メーター利用）でした。ホテルから最寄駅までは１時間に１回のシャトルバスがあり、徒歩だと１０分程度で私達には不便はありませんでした。 朝食は美味しかったです。１０：３０までですが、希望すれば１０：３０以降でも食べることができるようです。WIFIは問題なく繋がります。スタッフの方はフレンドリーでした。ゆっくり過ごすには最適なホテルだと思います。

綺麗なホテル
ソファーに期待してデラックスガーデンを予約したのですが、ソファーのない部屋でした。ガーデンに面してるけど、ソファーのない部屋もあるんだそう。ご注意ください。 一番安い部屋の方が良いかも…と思いました。 朝食は席に着いたら飲みものを聞かれます。メニューも渡されるのでアラカルトを頼んで大丈夫です！ いつでも朝食…は利用する機会がなかったので利用された方の口コミを見てみたいです。

I would like to stay here again.
飯店整體設施非常的棒 ! 有別於曼谷其他的飯店, 這裡完全是渡假型的飯店, 讓人進去後就不想出來。美中不足的是距離車站遠, 需要靠飯店的接駁車或是Taxi來接送。另外, 雖然是24hrs check in 的飯店, 但是到達時因為仍無空房, 所以空等了3個小時才空出來。當天櫃台的服務員的態度是沒有房間不關他們的事情, 要我們自己可以選擇先去吃早餐慢慢等或是去游泳池玩, 態度有點讓人不舒服。

場所的に少し不便だけれど、それを補うだけはある。
不便感はそれぞれ違うと思いますが、MRTの駅前のバイクタクシーの人達はホテルの場所は知っているから一人男性は大丈夫だけど・・・ ホテルからMRTまでは１時間に一回送ってもらえるけれど、BTSまでは運転手によってはお金がかかる。日本ほど高いものでもないが面倒でもある。 スタッフは悪くはないと思います。 プール好きはいいと思う。緑もあり陽射しはずっとあたります。 場所取りもそうでもないのでゆっくり感もあります。 マナーのまあ悪いCやKや、子どもたちもいますがどうって騒ぐことでもないでしょう。朝食は悪く無いと思います。高級ホテルでもこんなもんでしょう。

何度も利用してるので、スタッフの人も 覚えてくれて、会う度に笑顔で挨拶して くれます。 帰りもわざわざタクシー乗り場まで来て 挨拶してくれました。 場所は多少不便ですが、リラックスで きるホテルです。 日本人の宿泊者を見たことがなく、 日本人はあまり知られてないのかもしれ ません。 日本語を話すスタッフが居ないので、ある 程度の英語力がないと不便を感じかもし れません。
