One of the walls in the room was nasty, something was splash all over. The bathroom needs a little attention and the towels are very old . The bed and pillows were very comfortable and breakfast was very good.

For $72 USD this is a fantastic choice. The breakfast buffet (included) is very good. Remember I am from Las Vegas so we know buffets.🙂 The pool on the roof was good. There is a Tops Supermaket in the Conrad Hotel 5 minutes away. Overall would stay there again.

Location: it's about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest BTS. With the extreme heat, suggest to use the hotel mini golf buggy (every 30 minutes). There is a convenience store about 5 minutes walk away. You can walk to some of the nearest malls for food within 25 minutes. Lobby: strangely old and not like the pictures. Customer service is good and friendly. Room: medium size. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small. Chargeable hotel bar fridge. Hairdryer and kettle supplied. Hotel provides two small bottles of complimentary drinking water each day. Air conditioning is good and rooms are not very noisy, although, they supply disposable air buds to cancel out noise. Breakfast is good with a mix of western and international foods.

It was a good stay. Room was small. Location is great. Breakfast buffet had great selection. Staff were polite and friendly. There was a mishap on prepayment but it was not their fault. It was more like a negligent on hotels.com side. Overall it was a good stay.

Nice hotel, one of the stuff won’t give two keys even I have reservations for two people, he give me a weird excuse, also won’t change my room that have a lot of noise, other than that the hotel is nice and clean.

Decent midrange hotel with friendly staff and a cozy cafe adjointed in the lobby. The hotel is very noisy though as the windows are thin and not double layered. The top floor I was on 8th floor also had some kind of mechanical noise from cooling or elevators that turned on at midnight and lasted for some hours. All in all, the hotel is fine and has some charm, but it's too expensive for what it offers of noise etc. Soi Ruamrudee is a good location, close to all 3 major parts of Bangkok: Sukhumvit, Silom/Sathorn and Siam. If this hotel had cost $40 it would have been a great find.
