Stayed for 3 nights in 2 room suite with balcony. All the staff able to speak decent English language, they are polite and friendly. The unit is very spacious. Good for family with todlers too.

This is a unique location, super quiet in the front and tourist area out the back entrance. The staff is extremely accommodating and efficient. They have an on-site tour booking agent (yes you'll get the stops at various shops) but they're not high pressure like a lot of tour stops. The pool is amazing situated overlooking the city. The location of the hotel is near lots of malls walkable , BTS or taxi. I would definitely stay here again.

I came to Bangkok to have some medical treatments. Shama Sukhumvit Bangkok was the perfect place to recover. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils for basic cooking. Nice sitting area for family. Located in a good area of Bangkok that we like. Staff were very helpful in providing extra pillows for my comfort after my procedure, and caring towards my recovery.

We had a pleasant stay at Shama Sukhumvit Bangkok. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very large, which was a big plus. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Bangkok. If you head one way, you’re in the middle of the busy, lively part of the city, and if you go the other way, it’s a more upmarket, quieter area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was housekeeping, as towels were not always replaced and the mirrors weren’t cleaned properly. That said, whenever we raised anything with reception, they were happy to help, and we were out most of the day anyway. Overall, a great location and comfortable stay for the family

Staff are friendly and attentive, the Shama is spacious and clean. Definitely recommend this spot, we especially liked the roof top infinity pool, the fitness room was great, the entertainment room for family and children is lacking some attention.

キッチンがついていて部屋も綺麗。レセプションの方も分かりやすい英語で話してくれる。 部屋には最低限の食器や栓抜き包丁などはあるがティッシュはない。 アメニティは歯ブラシとシャワーキャップ、綿棒、コーム。 シャワールームにはシャンプーとシャワージェル。 ベランダには洗濯物を干せるところがあった。 屋上のプールエリアは宿泊者ならカードキーで入れる。専用タオルが置いてあるので自分で取って勝手に楽しむスタイルだった。 最寄駅はNANA駅といわれたが、Phloen Chit駅からも同じぐらいの距離に感じた。 むしろそっちからの方がスーパー(お土産買うのに最適でクレジットカード使用可)やbootsがあって便利だったので利用していた。

離紅燈區近的類似日租套房概念

晚上樓下是著名的紅燈區，有5、6家7-11和藥局，樓下店面吃的專坑來紅燈區尋歡的外國觀光客財，但小吃一樣便宜。飯店前門出去是紅燈區，後門出去是百貨公司，走個100公名就是BTS站，其實真的很方便。

飯店離BTS站不遠 但就在風化區內 晚上很可怕 櫃檯人員親切 房間算大床也舒服 但外面就是酒吧街 每天晚上吵到不行 窗戶隔音差 浴室淋浴間容易積水 備品也沒有每天補充換新

家庭房空間很大很乾淨，附近算是風化區所以有點亂，不過不要太晚出門問題不大，淋浴間是固定淋浴頭所以不太習慣

الفندق جيد نوعاً ما !! و تنقصة بعض الخدمات كمثال الافطار لا يوجد فيه اصناف متنوعة فقط اطباق معدودة على الاصابع ،، و العاملين في مطعم وجبة الافطار غير مؤهلين لإستقبال النزلاء في المطعم و تعاملهم و اسلوبهم سيئ دائماً ما يتكلمن بلهجة الامر و الابتسامة معدومة لديهم ،، اتصلت على الاستقبال لأطلب ثلج افادني بأنه لا يملكون الثلج و لا حتى للحالات الضرورية قلت لهم اريدة ضروري بسبب ابنتي التي ضرب رأسها بالطاولة بالخطأ و لا جدوى مكان الاقامة جيد نوعاً و من اراد ان يسكن فيه انصحة بالغرف الامامية لان الغرف الخلفية مطله على الملاهي الليلية و صوت الازعاج حتى الفجر عموماً كان جيد نوعاً ما و لكني لن اسكن فيه بالمرات القادمة

A pleasant stay

The hotel is mainly occupied by arabs and families . Location is right at soi 2 and yes it’s where the go go bars are. So u will need a higher floor to stay away from the noise. Not the best if u have young kids who are not familiar with the Thai night life culture. There were women and ladyboys at loitering at the rear of the hotel. But the security was prompt at keeping them out of the property. Overall the stay was good.

1. Dirty room- there are fleas in bed Wecannot sleeping during the trip. No rooms available for change as well. Cover is dirty with a red marks, blankets and pillows is dirty, fleas may from the blankets....not sure we had reported to the hotel, but the staff asking if i got any skin sensitive....., i never have skin problems as well as my roommate 2. Veranda is dirty - lots of dusty and dirty place 3. Table and kitch and bed room as well as toilet also not clean very disappointed in this time i had lived here before many times .....i think no next time
