"Beautiful location!
The hot tub and sauna were a lovely way to end each day. The room was great, had everything we needed for our family stay. The bus was free and very convenient. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
My only criticism is that one working washing machine and dryer is not enough for the resort’s guests. "
"What stood out ? The front desk staff - Matthew…. Hope I am spelling it right ! He has an excellent customer service skill. Absolutely outstanding . Warm, bubbly, informative, helpful. Actually I am speechless. We need more people with such attitude in today’s world .
The rooms- they smell fresh when you enter, very clean , all amenities available , very comfortable .
Our first night was a bit difficult . Turns out the hotel has thin walls . It was not at all their fault . It was next door guest just being too loud I think.
But for second night we were moved to different room and even better one with balcony and an awesome view to wake up to .
Thanks for the hospitality! "
