ボールドウィン パーク ホテル

「Great breakfast, very clean. Convenient location also had a very aesthetic set up.」

「We were in town for a quick getaway last week. Location was perfect - right in the Historic District and walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Staff was lovely and accommodating. They stored my bag prior to check-in time, and after check-out time. due to our flight arrival/departure times. Room was clean and AC worked - no complaints. Would stay again!」

「This hotel is in a great downtown location however, there is only valet parking and the circle drive entrance is not big enough to accommodate a truck. Can be an issue for unloading luggage. The hotel it's self is beautiful. It has been recently renovated and is very quiet. We ate breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and the food was really good!!! The room was a an odd shape but nice and large. The bed was comfortable and the room had great amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel....

「Room was very clean, staff were awesome! When the ice machine broke down, maintenance repaired quickly! The bar was pricey. The conditioner would not come out of the bottle. I would definitely recommend to others!」

「Best stay our entire trip across the country!」

「The staff was amazing and the rooms were nice and clean.」

「Breakfast was disappointing. There was a lot of people in line for food. They were out of plates, items had not been replenished. Things like the bread for making toast, bagels and English muffins. The juice kept running out, as did the sides like sausage and potatoes. But as stated, people were everywhere. Took 15 minutes to get my eggs. My daughter had to wait for yogurt. Food was good once we got it but the number of people seemed to be overwhelming for the number of staff working.」

「At check in, the bar and the valet station, the staff was professional and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean but a little dated. I was surprised to find out that they charge a $25 a day convenience fee at check out. This is not a resort but it does have a large lobby with lots of seating. They do have an elevator in the lobby that takes you to River Street which was a convenience. We also came back to the hotel this way late in the evening and were surprised to find that the security...

「Understaffed . No business center. I asked to get one paper printed and it took over an hour because front desk clerk was overwhelmed. The printer jammed and he was checking in customers instead of fixing printer. So no one was getting their check in paperwork and I was unable to get my printed copy. The manager did finally come out and assist after an hour. The fan in bathroom toilet area didn’t work. The couch in the lobby was filthy. Also the rug in our room was very dirty.」

「Great place to stay」

「Everyone was so nice and helpful! Room was clean and comfy! Close to shopping and restaurants and thanks for the waters and popcorn on arrival!」
