Seashore Sun and Fun – On Beach!

"We have stayed at this house for 4 years now. Location is excellent. You can park your car and walk to many restaurants within 1/2 mile. Right on the beach and walking/biking path in front of unit. House is clean and plenty of towels are provided. Fully equipped kitchen. Living area is small as are bedrooms but sitting out on the patio or down near the water is where you will spend most of your time. Overhead fan in primary bedroom and tower fans in other 2 bedrooms. Easy check in and check out. Garage for one or two cars. This year we parked one car on street since it’s pretty tight for 2 parked tandem in garage."

"Awesome spot! Super clean, host was very communicative. 5 min walk from the beach, the grocery store, and to great restaurants and coffee shops. Street parking wasn’t always dependable as it’s a very busy area, but we were able to park our SUV in the garage under the house. Just required a little patience and maneuvering to get in as it’s a very small garage. Would definitely recommend this rental!"

"This is a laid-back beach vacation home, not fancy, but well supplied. What is spectacular about it is the location. You cross the street, and you are on a beautiful beach, frolicking with friendly locals. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and has a front patio area for enjoying morning coffee while watching people bicycle by with their surfboards. The supplied boogie boards and other beach equipment save you the hassle and expense of renting them, which is invaluable in our estimation. The host was easygoing, and made check-in and check-out flexible and uncomplicated with our travel schedule, which we truly appreciate. The place is quite spacious. It seems we came during unusually hot weather, so the air conditioner in the living room had a hard time, and the bedrooms were pretty hot for sleeping, even with fans to move the air around, but presumably that’s not the case when there isn’t a crazy heat wave. If you can accept that some things may not be in great repair, the tradeoff is remarkable beach access for a comparatively reasonable price."
