"The room was a little on the smaller side. However, the bathtub, location, and staff made up for it. There is not a very big parking lot and it’s first come, first serve. We showed up early and were able to get a spot. There also wasn’t a coffee maker in the room but there was coffee available downstairs. "

"The host was unbelievably kind with us. The Boat House by the Beach is truly a 10 home. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated—perfect beach vibe throughout. The home feels open, airy, and welcoming, with thoughtful details everywhere you look.The deck is fantastic, with a great view directly across from Newport Island, and the beach is just a short, easy walk away. The location couldn’t be better.The property manager was a pleasure to deal with—responsive, accommodating, and very helpful with a special request, which made our stay even better.The neighborhood is wonderful: quiet, friendly neighbors, and even their dogs were welcoming. It felt safe, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return. Highest recommendation without hesitation."

"Fantastic stay. Everything in the home was pretty much new and Scott responded incredibly fast for our questions and inquiries. If you’ve got a large vehicle, just be aware that parking is super hit and miss in the neighborhood and the garage is on the smaller side with a steep incline that goes under the house. Super short walk to the beach. Quiet safe neighborhood. We do night walks and it was great. Highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay again. "
