"The room was a little on the smaller side. However, the bathtub, location, and staff made up for it. There is not a very big parking lot and it’s first come, first serve. We showed up early and were able to get a spot. There also wasn’t a coffee maker in the room but there was coffee available downstairs. "

"Great location just a short walk from the beach. Quiet neighborhood and road parking is fine. Well equipped kitchen and super responsive host when we had an issue with the internet which was fixed quickly. We go to Newport twice a year to visit our daughter so would definitely look up this place again. "

"This little place was really compact and nice . There were plenty of blankets. From the pictures, I thought we were renting the front of the house, but we were actually in the addition over the garage. The location was perfect . It was an easy walk to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. I would totally stay here again. "
