「Very relaxing Staff were friendly one gent behind bar was a bit arrogant but overall our 4 day stay was good.. Oh there were ants in the room but didn’t really ruin our stay.. 」

「I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. The bathroom had a bath with a shower. The overhead shower was powerfully enough and the water was hot. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, it was peaceful. My tv worked. Kettle was clean.
The only downside was my room felt a bit cold. I didn’t ask about the heating, maybe if I had they’d have helped.

「We had a 3 course mel which was worthy of a michelin star restaurant, with the cost being more than reasonable, the only issue was the toilet systen ran all the time which kept me awake, the room was clean and a good size, tea and coffee facilities onsite all good」

Other than that great 1 night stay after a long day at Twycross Zoo.
