"Very handily placed hotel with parking for Leicester town centre or the football or rugby grounds, all around 20 minutes walk. Room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was good value for money."

Specifically, Ewa on the front desk and Robert in the buffet breakfast area - they consistently addressed guest needs in a way that made it clear they wanted each guest to have the best possible stay. "Good basic room. The bathroom smelled faintly of urine which made me question how thoroughly it’s cleaned. It’s a bit noisy, both from street noise (always seemed to be people yelling outside at all hours), and thin walls. Breakfast was tasty and staff was very pleasant."

"Centrally located which is very handy and good balcony view. City noise as to expected. Comfy and big bed and lots of lights and spare plugs. I like the independence and and also concierge if needed. Checking out as late as 11am was a luxury. "

"Stayed here for the first time and will definitely revisit. The breakfast had a good variety but could do with more veggie and halal options. We enjoyed the fresh fruit and croissants on top of the breakfast which was free with the stay. We found the room and bathroom clean but the light switches did not cleverly work ftom the bedside. There was plenty parking at no extra cost. "
