「Pros-Hotel in Lal Ghat area close to city palace entrance. Ethereal feel to this hotel. Lovely clean rooms, reception arranged late check out very helpful. Rooftop pool very nice. Great courtyard ambience in this boutique hotel, with lots of books doted around. Cons-lots of steps to access hotel, once inside lifts available. Probably not good if you have mobility difficulties」

「This was a great hotel with great service. The clean rooms and caretaker was top notch for India. Would recommend this hotel. The room we got also had amazing views of the lake.」

「We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is in the hustle and bustle of the old town. The staff and manager couldn’t be more helpful. The Aircon was good in the bedroom. The roof top restaurant was nice and food was excellent. The building had charm and character. It had been beautifully restored and the furniture was in keeping with its heritage. You need to accept that it’s an old building and isn’t sound proof. If you are a light sleeper you will be woken up by horns and dogs barking. That’s part of...

「Excellent, beautiful property , nicely run by the best people in town and close by main attractions . Highly recommended !! Service, food and general condition are unbeatable 」

「I was impressed by everything—from the moment I arrived and received the orientation to the evening traditional folk dance performance and the interior décor. This is a hotel well worth making a special trip to visit.」

「We arrived by boat and were impressed by the welcome we received immediately upon arrival. The hotel’s decor and atmosphere truly reflected its long and distinguished history. It was also a treat to watch a complimentary traditional dance performance starting at 7:00 PM, and the restaurant staff treated us very kindly. However, the staff member who escorted us from the front desk to our room spoke very quickly; even though it was clear we weren't fully catching what was being said, they...

「Beautfully restored heritage haveli in a quiet part of town. Lovely courtyard, and excellent rooftop restaurant. Clean, comfortable room, a little oasis of cool and quiet after being in town. Lovely helpful staff, and a very good laundry service.」

「Location is excellent. and hotel staff is sinnrely reaction to set the extra bed and baby cot in the room, but in india, such action is normally slow, however, staff is very concious and take care of us. 」

「It’s a good havali ,clean, well positioned and a lovely roof top drinks area and restaurant」

「I left very early in the morning but they made me a packed breakfast which was substantial. I forgot when I booked to ask for something on the ground level because using the stairs was an awesome task for somebody who is not very good with climbing.」

「There was nothing unique of this property this property is a scam , 」

「Room service was quite good. Staff was helpful too.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, the location is perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we checked out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing experience.」

「View from the room was best i could ever get. Room was clean. Staff was friendly, gone beyond to fulfill the needs of the guests. Hotel is on a great great location. Just a minute away from lake pichola. You could see the lake, the ghat, the pichola market from your balcony. The size of the room was also pretty big. Overall 11/10. 」

「Only half the rooms had access via elevator. I had no elevator to my room and that also I found out after the room was assigned. Had I known that I would not have stayed there. Was strange building with really narrow tight corridors with stairs. Room rent should not have been more than 1000 Rs!」
