"This is a lovely hotel! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and had tea, coffee and biscuits waiting. We loved the historic charm and the bar/cocktail lodge was so nice after a day of touring. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Check-In & Check Out was effortless, my reservation was already set no problem. My room was ready and clean when I arrived. They have an amazing restaurant and bar with everything for a price! The staff is so friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Your keycard works the entrance doors on each floor, very secure for solo travelers! The elevator is small but timely. It’s easy to call a black cab or Uber. There is ample parking in garage, well lit. This is a very nice place to stay and close to the BCN airport. Uber Eats delivers with many food selections. I would definitely stay again. It was no frills but a very comfortable stay."

"We celebrated my partner's birthday, we had a room overlooking the park which was breathtaking, the room was modern and clean, what you expect from a 5 star hotel. All the staff ww met were kind, polite and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Lots of choices for buffet breakfast, delicious food. Overall, the service was outstanding! While we were there we booked another weekend stay."

"The hotel is a short walk from the Hammersmith Underground making it convenient to get to wherever you are going. There are parts of the hotel that are showing wear, however the staff clean daily and I found although some of the grout may need to be repaired, or the curtains could be replaced, the fact the staff thoroughly cleaned each room when requested is top notch in my book. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the trains if possible, as there is a track and trains do go by very frequently. The breakfast was constantly being replenished, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, croissants, cereals and more. Again staff cleaned the area and kept the food full. As far as front desk staff, they were outstanding! I regret not catching her name I think it was Haibib, was top notch and couldn’t have done more to make sure my stay was comfortable. We didn’t experience one person who wasn’t pleasant"
