Ismail, one of the waiters at the buffet, was extremely attentive and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul."

"The lady on restaurant floor was totally negative and un happy to give answer or assist. She was rude almost I can say, twice I returned back from the door. Whatever she should be loving her job, if she is not happy let her resign."

"A lovely modern hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a big choice of food. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was excellent and a good size for a hotel pool. The only downside was that the area was very busy, with lots of traffic, but you could not hear any traffic noise in the room. Highly recommended."
