Perfect Stay

Great location right on the water. The hotel offers an amazing free breakfast serving all the traditional Turkish items. Love the fact that the ocean facing rooms have a balcony. The rooms were very quiet and soundproofed from the outdoors. Recommend staying here!

The staff at the Erzurumlu, especially all the gentleman at the front desk and the owner, went above and beyond for us during our stay. They arranged taxi's, haircut/shave, a visit to the local Jandarma, recommended a beautiful beach, and even loaned- and then gifted - my husband tie (he forgot his for a wedding we were going to). The hotel has an excellent view, breakfast, air conditioning, and go beyond to ensure the guests are happy. Thank you to them for their amazing hospitality!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Erzurumlu Otel. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us in booking taxis to the shopping centres in Istanbul and the airport. They also provided us with information about the area. The breakfast was amazing, filling and freshly made every day. We enjoyed it a lot! We will definitely stay at this hotel again, in the summer time so that we can swim in the Black Sea and the hotel pool. thank you from Australia

Spring Trip

We had a very nice 5 day stay end of April. Front desk people were nice, attentive, and helpful. We had a sea view room with bath, it was comfortable with clean beddings and towels. Breakfast included a wide variety that kept us going till the afternoon. Hotel has its own restaurant but also close to other restaurants and town market. Taxis available through front desk but we used Uber to get around. Our thanks for Erzrumlu hospitality.

A relaxing beach stay near Istanbul airport

Thé double deluxe room was so small that we had problems opening our big suitcase Fortunately we were moved the next day at no charge to a nice junior suite Both were quiet, had a commanding view of the beach and both were fully renovated I along with bathrooms that feature Italian style showers . Too bad they had no pegs to hang towels or clothes .

Top friendly reception. Lovely public terrace overlooking the black sea. Beer is served. Rooms with unfresh carpets. Tiny bathroom. So called ‘ Balcony’ comes as roof covered small room with windows. Heat builds up in there.

Staff were bery friendly and helpful; made us feel welcomed. The allocate an area to sot and enjoy the view as long as we want we felt well taken care of. Cleaning up was confusing we didn’t knwo we had to ask in advance but when we did it was well cleaned. Bed sheets were clean and the vew of the hotel is a plus. Specially during the breakfasts. It is a wuiet corner of Istanbul and we found it very relaxing to spend few days in that neighborhood.

The otel staff were horrible little to no help could not isse me a refund immedietly when i told them I want to cancel my stay after i saw how the rooms were. The rooms were dirty horrible smell dorty carpet. Nothing like the pictures. I don't know how there were good reviews on this place. I was told to come the next day for a refund. I could not I went to another city so i contacted them on the phone for a refund. They said they will refund me. I still havent heard back or recieved anything. If you want a good hotel go to New inn old town hotel in fatih istanbul it is close to everything you need, don't go near this otel.

Spectacular location. And extremely helpful and courteous staff. The walk to the beach from the hotel is full of cigarette butts and rubbish. Unfortunately the property can’t do anything about it as it is not under their jurisdiction. Rooms small and no other facilities available at the property except for an outdoor pool.

Amazing place

Amazing hotel with breathtaking views from hotel rooms. Swimming pool with the overview on the seaside is one pleasant parts, as well as restaurant with the same view. The rooms may be a bit old, but all the service, the people and the views would definitely make up for it!
