「Place was great. Right in the middle of all the fun. Parking wasn’t too difficult. Had a great open space area, perfect for people watching. 」

「This was a great place to experience downtown Ft. Myers. Perfect location and a great layout. Entry was easy and the owner was very responsive. Great kitchen area and tons of natural light! Only slightly interesting part was the elevator. It’s older but worked like a charm. Would stay in the same spot again if I’m back there!」

「We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...
