「This "Tiny Home" was a fun retreat in a camping trailer sized Cottage with all the amenities of a regular home. Fully stocked with all amenities to cook regular meals, do laundry, TV, faux functioning fireplace and small hot tub which all were made use of without issues. Support for any and all questions throughout the weekend were quickly answered. A minor detail that may seem trivial but was nice to realize was the ample outlets throughout the unit. 「Great stay at this turtle-themed tiny house! Check-in and check-out process were easy. The place was exactly shown as in the photos with sufficient space for two people. The bed mattress was comfortable!」

「T.J. was an excellent and accommodating host! He had intimate knowledge of the area and made great suggestions for us to make the most of our time in LA. The property itself was beautiful, and my partner and I wish we'd had more time to thoroughly enjoy it. If we are ever back in LA, though, The Patrician is definitely at the top of our list for a place to stay! 」
