Breathe in the salty air as you climb the hillside, where the sea stretches endlessly before you and Avalon shimmers below. From the moment you step onto the villa’s elevated perch, the views of Hamilton Cove Bay and the Pacific Ocean become part of your everyday rhythm. Mornings unfold with coffee on the balcony, evenings invite starlit skies over the water, and each moment is framed by the sound of waves meeting the shoreline.

Sleeping arrangements
The villa accommodates up to four guests with one bedroom and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area. The bedroom features a king Ritz Carlton mattress dressed in Cariloha sheets, while the living space offers a Restoration Hardware queen sofa sleeper for additional comfort. A spa-inspired bathroom with stone finishes provides shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for meals at home, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Great view

Nice well kept unit in Hamilton Cove. We enjoyed the views. Several flights of stairs to climb to get to entrance. Nice to have the golf cart to get around the town in.

Breathtaking views. Quiet and peaceful island experience. An amazing and unique chance to experience a lavish lifestyle with all the amenities. The cart is absolutely necessary to enjoy this location. Recommend carting to Vons to bring back food to cook on the full kitchen or balcony bbq.

Very relaxing

The view! The spa! The Hamilton Cove property is the best we have stayed at in many years of visiting Catalina. The manager was very helpful as we had some issues finding the unit and charging the cart. But in the end we figured it all out.

Beautiful villa

Wonderful stay in a beautiful villa in Hamilton Cove community. FUNtastic location. Having the golf cart to get around was wonderful. The property owner was great to work with and a wealth of information on what to do while visiting. Every place he recommended to eat was yummy.

It Was Amazing

We had a great time at this location and really enjoyed the island and everything that is had to offer. The owner was available whenever questions came up and made our stay easy and relaxing. We would definitely come back to this location if we were to travel back to Catalina in the future.

Amazing February 2 day getaway !

The view was absolutely BEAUTIFUL for one. For two, checking in and out was a BREEZE. Have never been so lucky before. The thoughtfulness from the extra goodies, the check ins, recommendations, couldn’t have been better! The set up inside from the bathroom to the “laundry area”, into the bedroom was perfect (loved the pocket doors). The balcony was amazing and could hear the ocean even with the door shut (so peaceful). The furniture and extra blankets were super cozy and everything just made you feel at home (they even provided a brand new coffee creamer!). Cannot wait to go back and see more of the cute shops and more of the island, two days was just not enough at rima’s condo! Thank you!

Absolutely Wonderful with Steps

Hamilton Cove is a great place to stay. The view was perfect and it reminds you of an Italian seaside. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need even beach items. Getting information from the host was great, but my wife had Verizon which has connection once you are past the main area of Avalon. Everyone was nice from the gate guard to the other renters. Take heed that the property is 87 steps from the road, but well worth the time it took to get our luggage up for the magnificent view!

Catalina Getaway

This Hamilton Cove condo was a fantastic getaway for my husband and I! Views were beautiful and the condo was very well appointed! Use of the golf cart was a wonderful bonus! Most of all, we really appreciate the owner’s flexibility since the ferries back to the mainland were cancelled on the day we were scheduled to leave due to weather. We will definitely be back!

Best view ever!

The accommodations were lovely. The place was immaculate. The view was breath taking. The stairs coming up to the residence was not as bad as we had anticipated from reading other reviews. The golf cart was an added bonus that enhanced our adventure. We definitely will return.
