「Great little stay, great amenities」

「Great place, often stay there」

「All rooms on 2nd floor up 37 steps. No evening bar or restaurant. Asked for a non slip shower mat, Didn't get one. No staff after 3.00pm. More like a boarding house than a hotel.」

「Loved it! Thank you!」

「I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. 「Nicely decorated. Very clean. Well positioned. Excellent breakfast.」

「Lovely stay whilst house hunting in the area. Clean, warm, well facilitated property with a bath, big tv and fully kitted out kitchen. Comfy big bed and lots of space. Owners were great and the surroundings are beautiful, I highly recomend.」

「We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!」

「Liked all. Continental breakfast but loads to choose from.」

「A beautiful building but in need of renovating, most of it was clean but a lot of high dust and cobwebs, the dining room was not clean at all, tables needed cleaning and food left uncovered with flies around, the staff was polite and friendly.」

「建物は改装済できれいで、スタッフの対応もフレンドリーで丁寧でした。ただ、床のカーペットの下は板張りらしく、歩くと音がします。ホテルゲストにも駐車料金を徴収するのは・・・でした。」
