"Good location it is just a short walk across from southern cross station & the airport bus stop the crown casino & sealife are also within an easy walk the breakfast was good value & while it’s an older hotel we found the large rooms & full size bathtub great & wouldn’t hesitate to stay again "

"The staff made our stay extra special. They made you feel as though they really cared about helping you. They were very interested in who you were and why you were there. In particular the stand outs were a Dutch male who spoke excellent English and ordered our cab for us. Dhairyaraj who was working in reception. Catherine in the dining room and a male waiter who was Catherine's colleague and wore an apron. We took a photo of his name badge but he moved too quickly and we can't read his name - Catherine might remember. The only negative was that the receptionist promised to call us when our room was ready. she didn't call and it was a very cold day."

"Tge room was well maintained and cleaned every day. The flamingo bar is a great way to start and finish the day, the bar meals from there were always beautiful. Pools are well maintained )could have been a little warmer for time of the year) laundry onsite is kept very clean "
