「Clean and cosy rooms. Central to the mountain and town. Very nice room layout! Washer/ dryer available in the villa. Check in process could be improved. We arrived earlier in the day and no one around to help us check in. We left and returned hours later and still no one to check us in. Another person staying in the resort contacted the person that was supposed to be there for check in and that person sent the cleaner to check us in! It was annoying and bizarre! 」

「Need a rail on the stairs. Air conditioning installed as extremely hot during the day. The lounge chairs are very worn. The bathroom needs ventilation. The house is not suitable for older people or with mobility issues. 」

「We had to inquire with the owner about the lodge as no information about check-in was provided in advance. However, when I inquired with the owner, she informed me immediately. The bed sheets were not set and we had to make the beds ourselves. We had to wash the sheets and towels ourselves and check out, which I would only recommend to those who have enough time. Because of the many rules, I thought it would be a problem for people staying there if they were not posted on the website.」
