"What a great place 2 vacay! From the minute u walk in…..it’s like home! Sooooo clean and cozy! The interior design was beautifully done and the attention 2 detail (like the lovely dishes ) was bar none! Response with the host was immediate We will definitely b staying here on r next visit 2 the area "

"It’s not my thing to be judgmental or harsh, and as a former Marine I am well versed in how to make just about any situation work in a pinch. Thus, if you need a place to sleep and shower only, this hotel could meet that need. But….very minimal amenities to speak of and messy and unclean environment (hallways, laundry room etc. Staff were generally helpful but not always immediately available, so lots of unnecessary waiting in line time. I requested a room change after the first night because of an ant infestation. Moreover, that same night, people in the next room over were continually making intimate noises well past 1:00 AM. In the final analysis, I saved my employer some money by staying here for three nights, as opposed to other hotels in the area, but I would not want to stay here again."

"Bob and Edie at the front desk are wonderful. Our television wasn't operating well with the cable. Edie was so sweet to come in and help us with getting it in working order. We had a nice room. Good location near the pool and breakfast area. Easy access to the patio area with a gazebo. Its just too bad the hot tub is broke. We've been coming to this hotel for a lot of years. But we know many are closing that amenity. That's why we got a whirlpool room."

"I really can’t summarize our trip in this small space. The home was beyond amazing! Everything you could possibly need Maurine has made available, the kitchen was so well stocked. Walking out the door and hearing little hoofs on the porch then turning around to see a little baby goat, what a wonderful feeling of tranquility. The variety of animals that we were able to interact with, is second to none. If we were able to go once a month just for the peaceful, calm feeling you would get would be like winning the lottery. This is a place that has it all and more!! Thanks again, Maurine, for being such an amazing house. WE WILL be seeing you again soon."

"This was a perfect spot to land while we were in town for a lacrosse tournament! We were able to relax between games either at the lake or in the sauna, cook our own food and sleep well without worrying about travel. Emily was such a good host and communicated whenever we needed extra help. Would stay again if the opportunity arose!"
