「After an initial issue in gaining access as code for door entry hadn't been activated and the emergency number didn't extend for assistance after 5.0pm, arriving at 8.30pm we would have been stumped without getting help from a neighbour opposite who thankfully had the owners personal number which on contacting the door access code was set within 15minutes. Our stay was very good after this initial hiccup and we would stay at the property again. 」

「This was a lovely little house. Very nicely decorated, very clean, great facilities and the host has done everything that they can to make you feel welcome. I didn’t know I wanted the hot chocolate but it was very welcome at the end of the day 😃」

「Lovely accommodation in a beautiful and peaceful location. Overlooking Horses in front of property and Sheep behind, surrounded by Countryside. Great central location for visiting Warwick, Kenilworth, Stratford upon Avon and Leamington spa. Owner was very friendly and greeted us on arrival to check all was well. 」
