「The location was great! Easy walk to shops and restaurants! The room was spacious and very clean. Everything worked. Only complaint is they could have better pillows. Other issue; no one speaks any English! Breakfast was made to order. OK, but mo fruits or juice. All in all, it was a very good value and I would definitely stay there again.」

「Clean and spacious room. Great breakfast selection that changes everyday (including typical Kazakh snacks), though the hot foods are lukewarm at best. The room temperature was hard to control: the heating was too much and there is no way to turn it off. We had to use the air conditioner in October to bring the temperature down. Beware: the indoor pool is not included in the reservation unless your room level is high enough. This was not at all indicated in the reservation.」
