"We had an excellent stay at Skalakot and wished we could have stayed longer. The property is so beautiful and our room was very spacious. We also really enjoyed the fireplace lounge after dinner. "Great place to stay while seeing Iceland. The building itself is fairly modernized inside. We had two windows which kept banging open at night due to the strong winds, but otherwise it was comfortable and quiet. They even provided bread to feed to the nearby sheep!"
