「Fridge dirty, microwave dirty. Wires looked dangerous. Bed was raised on books. Overall, the property was dirty, carpets were dirty. Garden was unsightly and a hazard. We left next day and had to stay in a local hotel. HomeAway refuse to get involved even though we sent picture evidence. None of this has anything to do with the age of the property and everything to do with poor maintenance and poor management. Would not recommend either this property or HomeAway to anyone.」

「Beautiful location on the outskirts of Bourton on the Water. Within easy walking distance of the centre. Totally dog friendly. Excellent and plentiful provisions for breakfast. Everything you would want when away. Definitely would go again.」

「Loved this cottage! Was beautiful and very comfortable plus in a great location! We were able to walk to town and there was a pub next door if needed. Parking space was amazing to have right in front and the welcome basket was such a nice treat! Highly recommend!」

「Lovely secluded countryside location with fantastic walks on the doorstep for four legged friends. Very quiet and relaxing, perfect for couples looking to getaway from the rat race. Ample parking, clean accommodation with fantastic touches left by the owners for their guests. We would highly recommend this listing to couples or solo travellers and would love to stop again. 」

「The cottage is in a lovely smaller sized village that is lovely to stroll in and around. The people I encountered on my walks were very friendly. It is easy to get to other villages. The second bedroom is up 2 flights of stairs which was a surprise but not a problem for us.」

「Had a lovely stay at the farmhouse. Enjoyed using the swimming pool! Very well maintained gardens. Only negatives were the shower not working very well and no WiFi. Otherwise couldn’t fault it!」

「A cozy, quaint cottage with everything needed for a perfect stay in the Cotswolds. We enjoyed the Tuesday market with offerings of luscious fruits and veggies to jewelry, clothing and lots more. Easy one block walk to town from the cottage. Would definitely recommend. 」
