「Wonderful stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. The house was very clean, communication was excellent, well equipped with small appliances. It even had an iron, which was appreciated for my husband's dress shirt. 」

「Our room was comfortable though it needed some minor maintenance - lightbulb out, loose shower grab bar. Breakfast was average. The hotel is very close to a grocery store, gas station and a few fast food choices. My dogs each got a gift bag at check-in. 」
「Beautiful property only a few minutes from downtown Highlands. This historical property was refurbished with mid century design furnishings. The Oak Steakhouse is outstanding….well worth the splurge!
The only small criticism is the carpets need cleaning and the bath amenities need checking before someone occupies a room.

「We had a beautiful suite, very comfortable bed, recently updated, very quiet beautiful setting from our balcony, in our suite we could hear our neighbors like they were in our kitchen. We were disappointed that the pools , lake, mini golf and all other outside amenities are back in town where you check in. But we loved our suite and would stay there again.」
「We loved that the property was close to town but very quiet. There’s a wonderful view of the mountains from the second floor wrap around porch. It’s a quaint establishment with some history. We enjoyed two outstanding breakfasts. Paul is a gracious, friendly and knowledgeable host. 」
