「I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall. 「This property is a Philly gem. It is so cute and cozy. It is updated and has the convenience of home. The washer and dryer were a plus as well. Gabe and Jon are great hosts and communication with them was easy, as they got back to me in a timely manner. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.」

「The location is a straight shot drive to the navy yard area where we saw a concert, and also walking distance to downtown sites. The street is very calm and quiet. The unit had the feel of a hotel in terms of very nice bedding and no personal items of a host. Nicely appointed with soap etc. It was extremely spacious so staying in a night was comfortable. The photo of the patio is not part of unit though, the unit below has access only. Soft sheets, comfy but could have been cleaned a bit more.
