「Washington Ave is convenient to access Delaware Ave. So as Broad St. to go around Philly. The place was just right size and clean. The parking spaces on 3rd floor to our room had a quiet distance. If there are roading space in 1st floor at the parking building, it would be convenience. 」

「I stayed at this property with friends for a weekend. Overall, it was a fine stay! The apartment was nicely furnished, clean overall, and the neighborhood was close to the activities we were in town for. Communication from Romier was great - he was quick and helpful in responding.
