「Even though we were in communication with the host 4 hours beforehand about our arrival time, the property's keys were not in the lockbox upon arrival. The owner showed up to bring keys and it was discover that the cleaners never came from the guest before. We were able to finally check in around 530pm. We would've overlooked all of this, however, the host then messaged us to kindly remind us that we had to depart by 10am the next morning, which was an hour before (11am) the reservation...

「We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was fantastic—just a five-minute walk to a beautiful beach, with plenty of excellent restaurants and everything else we needed just minutes away on foot.
Communication with the host was seamless, and all of the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The building has an elevator, which was especially convenient with luggage.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the air conditioning was a huge plus.
Thank you so much...

「The apartment was great, it had everything we needed for a one night stay in Ciampino. The communal area and entrance wasn't the most inviting but don't let that put you off because once you are in the apartment it's so good. Everything you would need is there, and there was some welcome treats and water which was very welcome. The location was good, its just around the corner from the station which means you could get into Rome in 15 minutes but return to the relative peace of this small...

「The property is well located if you like to walk; the closest public bus is about a 10-minute walk away. From the very beginning, this host fails the trust test They welcome you with an email and offer to give you advice and tell you that they can transport you via a chauffeur from the airport to the apartment at a cost of 85 euros (add 10% to pay by card). The overcharge for card payment should alert you to this host: unfortunately, that is not the worst. They only mention public...
