Our flight was delayed by 12 hours, we should have been in Rome at 1 PM. When we found out about the delay, we immediately let them know beforehand for any accommodations including the flight information. The only information they gave us was about the late fees, that’s all. They didn’t let us know if someone would be there, how to contact them, how to come in, nothing. We made it to the airport at 1 AM and tried to get a hold of them and no one answered. They called us at 4 AM about the late fee and that’s all. I lost one full day and they charged me a late fee on top of that, no refund or no understanding of the situation, since the flight delay isn’t in our hands. They also make you sign an obnoxious contract. They anre greedy and only care about money.
