The location of this property is the best part, as everything is within walking distance. It was also quiet at night due to it being on a side street.

Great rooms and location!

Great rooms! Everything is brand new and room is large compared to other places we stayed in Italy. Location is great with a bus line to any major attraction within a 3-4 minute walk. Owner was super helpful with self check-in direction, gave great directions to get to the rooms, and even helped book a taxi back to the airport.

Everything was great. It's close to all major attractions and restaurants. The host was terrific and accommodating. The only negative was the sofa bed as it was very uncomfortable to sleep on and could use some nicer and thicker cushion. After a few days, back pain started to set in. The main bed was comfortable for 2 people.

Room was clean. Ac in room although myself nor the operator of the location knew how to operate it. She did come out and attempt to fix but wasn’t able to resolve. After a couple of hot hours somehow the ac came on. Does not cool room completely but did keep most of the heat off. A fan in the room would help ALOT. The area right in front of the front door felt sketchy with some random people standing around. The host was nice and allowed us to drop our luggage early when we first landed in Rome however it’s not watched by staff and 2 other rooms have access to the same area. Overall it wasn’t bad just encountered some issues. It was my wife’s first hotel to stay at outside of the United States and not the best first impression. We stayed 3 days because we had already paid for it. But most likely would have left sooner if we hadn’t booked for as long. Just a lot to deal with when you’re first getting into a country and you’re tired and hot. Good host though. Just location and room we’re not up to a top rating.

Super Lage, sehr zentral, sauber, absolut Empfehlenswert für eine Romreise Wir waren sehr zufrieden und die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin, der Check-in war alles reibungslos. Das Zimmer ist vollausgestattet und es gab auch ein kleines Ankleidezimmer, Kaffemaschine, mehrere Kissen etc. Das Bett war ebenfalls sehr gemütlich. Wir waren durch und durch zufrieden und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Lage war ebenfalls super. Es gibt viele verschiedene Verbindungsmöglichkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Restaurants und Cafes gibt es ebenfalls ausreichend. Die Unterkunft ist rustikal von Aussen aber sehr komfortabel eingerichtet.

Todo espectacular, la comunicación todo el tiempo bien La habitación amplia y bien distribuida El baño muy amplio y con todos los servicios, te dan amenidades diario. Limpieza es diario. Caja fuerte y clóset. 2 súper a ambos lados Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes, estación de camión a unos pasos 25 minutos caminando de Termini. Todo perfecto
