"2nd time staying here for a quick ski trip and it did not disappoint, cozy and simple. Perfect and convenient location for snowboarding Keystone or Breckenridge. Will book again. "
"What an amazing location. The sounds of the river were amazing. The space is exactly as it said and is located in a great location where you can walk to almost anything at the resort. My wife and I will be back."

Luxurious 2025 build 4-bdrm townhome in Keystone - Closest to lifts w/ hot tub
10/10 Excellent
"This 4-bedroom townhome was absolutely perfect for our group of co-workers who were in Keystone for an event, everyone had plenty of personal room and the location was a minutes' walk to the main area of River Run. We rented during the summer but if you're a mountain biker or skier this is location is perfect to catch a lift up the mountain and come back into town for Apres. We've been watching this new build area over the last year and so excited we got the chance to stay in this beautiful property. The host was fantastic on providing all of the check in and out details and very responsive when booking the property, we even opted to stay an extra night as it was available. I highly recommend staying at this new property and booking with this host whether it's for family & friends or even co-workers this is a fantastic option and we'll be looking to book this again for next year! "
"Outstanding stay in historic home in keystone with beautiful grounds and wonderful staff. We were given a tour when we arrived and offered use of a gorgeous fireplace (ready to light) and sitting room, but we decided to take a walk and sit on patio overlooking pond instead. We saw a moose, beaver, wonderful birds including hummingbirds. And breakfast was wonderful—great coffee, lovely menu, a wonderful fresh fruit salad, eggs made to order (great omelet option), bacon, sausage, potatoes, toast…such a treat. A hidden gem."
"Although short, our stay was wonderful. Unfortunately only used the kitchen to make coffee, but it was well supplied for cooking if we needed it. My wife was so impressed with the designer chef stove! The condo was very relaxing and we loved the 2 full bathrooms. The location was stunning and we enjoyed walking on the paths to the lift and watching the mountain bikers. The jacuzzi and pool were great & pretty private due to the off season visit. Such a relaxing few days in the mountains."
Ground level condo w/ shared pool table & outdoor pool/hot tub - Dogs ok
10/10 Excellent
"This place is pretty great. We were so thrilled we could bring our dog. As others have mentioned, it’s a bit worn and dated inside, but fully functional and had what we needed to cook meals and feel right at home. Fireplace is so cozy! The pots and pans could be replaced - they are very scratched nonstick pans so we didn’t use them. There was one small stainless steel pan we used the whole time. The community hot tub was a nice perk, but it’s more of a warm tub - not so hot. Probably great in the summer! When we weren’t skiing we loved playing pool in the cabin next to the pool and walking the paved path to the gondola and back -- very nice walk and you can get coffee and food in the gondola base area. Overall great stay!"
"Our stay was so disappointing. We booked it solely to use the amazing pool they have, however it was barely heated and too cold to go swimming. What a waste of money. We asked them multiple times to turn up the heat and they pretended to but it the water temp never changed. There was only 1 small hot tub working, the other one was broken. Everyone we talked to also said they couldn’t go in the pool because it was too cold. "
