The East Island Reserve Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"When we arrived the unit was spotless. The email directions for opening/lockimg the door were easy to understand. Parking is right in front of most units. The bedroom is upstairs so skip this location if you are not physically able to manage stairs. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of hanging and folded clothes storage. There is a stackable washer and dryer upstairs which makes it easy to do some laundry upon arrival or before departure. The bathroom was comfortable for 2 people to share. There were plenty of clean towels and a hair dryer. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, coffee mugs, drinking glasses, flatware, a Keurig, and an assortment of pots and pans. We would stay here again. Great location, beautiful unit, great price for such a large space."

"Amy called me and asked me if I had left anything behind. At first I couldn’t think of anything, but then it occurred to me that I hadn’t seen my iPad. She didn’t tell me what it was, but when I mentioned it had a purple cover, she confirmed that it was my iPad. Amy took the iPad to FedEx and it arrived the day after I returned home. Many THANKS to the maid and Amy."
