"The location was great. Near the beach, restaurants, etc. Pretty basic for the high price (should have been an off peak weekend?). Room was clean but bare. Gym was minimal. The hotel has a contract with a full service offsite gym but if you’re trying to squeeze in a workout you may be disappointed. You’re paying for the location and the location can’t be beat! Restaurant across the street (which belongs to the hotel?) was awesome! Beach was right there and wonderful. Very close to the Cliff Walk entrance."

"This was a very good hotel in a perfect location. The staff was actually outstanding, especially compared to other hotels in Newport. The only downside is the amenities. There should be coffee and tea service in each room. Along with an iron and ironing boards."

"What a gem! Beautifully landscaped with a fountain and stream surrounded with flowers. The room we stayed in was so nice! It felt like a little apartment with a mid-century vibe. And to top it off, they supplied a variety of complementary toiletries…all packaged separately in little boxes and displayed on a shelf in the bathroom. It’s the little things! The price was wonderful compared to many other lodging options. The only thing we missed was having a dresser in the bedroom, but we were only there one night."
