「Stayed at Premier Inn Grangemouth again and had another really positive experience. I stay here regularly, at least once a month, and it’s consistently a great standard. The hotel is clean and well looked after throughout, and the rooms are comfortable with everything I need. It also feels very reasonably priced for what you get. The standout is always the staff. Everyone is excellent, genuinely welcoming, and helpful from check-in onwards. Reliable, good value, and always a pleasant stay....

「Staff always available. Really helpful and very kind all of them. Kitchen really good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The price is really good for all the service. If you know hotel Formule 1 in France, this is exactly one of them, but with people in the reception.」

She went over and above to help us with our inquiries re the local area, the local cemetery and the local council. We cant thank her enough. As well as helping me with my booking mistakes (on the internet) she was a mine of information re Scottish history and the area in general. 「『リンリスゴー駅からF45 かF49バスで行くのでホテル最寄りのバス停を教えてね』とメールしたが、「乗務員にゆうたら近くで下ろしてくれます」との逃げ口上。再度『バス停名を教えてね』との丁寧督促も無視！どうもバスで来る客など眼中にない様子なのでタクシー利用をお奨めします。なおバス乗務員に尋ねても不明でしたのでボーネスのバスステーションで下車して歩こうとしたがかなりの坂道でシタクシーにてやっと到着。さて部屋へは階段を登り下り必要。なお寝具とタオルは清潔で暖房とシャワーの湯量には満足。」

「Arrived and had excellent communication on how to enter. Place is amazing and everything you could need was there. Ordered full breakfast to the cabin and arrived nice and hot and was amazing 」
