I had a great stay and highly recommend this place. The host and their family did an excellent job keeping everything clean and comfortable, and communication was always quick and clear. They were incredibly helpful with local tourist recommendations, which made my trip even better. The dogs on the property were very friendly and welcoming. They also offered to drive me to the airport for an additional fee, which was very reasonable and convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience, I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and courteous staff. They accommodated us after showing up with more people than what was listed in the reservation. And they were flexible with check out times given our hike down the volcano was slower than expected. She was hospitable and invited us in to sit on the couches (despite how grungy we were)! Owner was friendly and genuine really seemed interested in our welfare. Great place for hikers and people needing a place to lay your head in between adventures and get a hot shower after. Didn’t spend too much time in the room.

I liked the private room, location upstairs so it did not have anyone else near by. I think the distance from wifi router made connection intermittent for tv and one device halfway thru my stay. I think the shower head might need change or service. I use these at home and had to change one that stopped getting hot. Staff was great. Being able to get a breakfast, coffee, soda and water was great. Having the common kitchen meant i could heat up coffee, or make something. Bed was very comfortable and lots of drawers to put things. Stairs wont suit everyone. My preference would be more hooks. I got two towels and did not have to ask for an extra plus a hand towel. Means a lot to me 😀

Elizabeth was a wonderful host for our family while we visited. The property has three small dogs that can be a bit nippy but no one was overly bothered by them. The showers were warm and the beds were clean. With access to the kitchenette, we made a few meals that proved helpful for budgeting. A good spot for a family wishing to explore Antigua

Mi experiencia en Cermeños House – Antigua Guatemala Me hospedé recientemente en Cermeños House y, en general, tuve una buena experiencia. El lugar está muy bien ubicado, lo cual es ideal para explorar Antigua a pie. Los precios son accesibles, lo que lo convierte en una buena opción para viajeros con presupuesto limitado. La habitación estaba limpia, al igual que las sábanas, y en general el cuarto resultó cómodo para descansar. La dueña y la empleada fueron muy amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar, lo cual hizo la estadía más agradable. Sin embargo, los alrededores de la propiedad podrían mejorar. Es una zona con potencial y encanto, pero le falta más limpieza y organización para que realmente luzca como merece. Sería ideal que se le diera un poco más de atención al entorno inmediato del lugar. En resumen, Cermeños House es una buena opción por su ubicación, precio y trato humano, aunque hay detalles externos que podrían elevar aún más la experiencia.
