"I am quite disappointed with the apartment due to many issues we faced.The toilet seat was broken.There were no plugs in the kitchen so the only place to use the kettle was on the floor.The TV remote didn't work.Bathroom flip flops were used and old.There were ants in the shower.The host provided almost empty bottles of all consumables so they all ran out in including: Shower gel, Shampoo, Toilet paper, Tissues, Laundry powder.There were no plates or cutting knives in the kitchen."

"I was very impressed with the host’s communication throughout the whole process! She was very helpful and accommodating! The space we stayed in was modern and very clean. There were directions all over the apartment to show how to use the various machines since the machines were all Korean labeled. Overall the stay was great! Beds were comfortable!"
