"I stayed at the Shipyard Angra Hotel for 5 nights in an Apartment-Style, one-bedroom unit with breakfast & dinner included, and I had a great experience overall. I arranged my airport transportation directly through the hotel, and everything went smoothly—the driver was waiting for me right on time both on arrival and departure. At check-in, I was informed that the 20% roundtrip airport transfer discount listed on Expedia was an error and none of the rooms see the ocean. But the spacious layout and thoughtful amenities—hot plate, microwave, kettle, kitchenware, and mini fridge made up for the parking lot view. (The Studio-style rooms are located on the top floor that you see in the photos) The hotel’s location is excellent—walking distance to everything in the heart of Angra. It’s a perfect choice for couples or families who appreciate a bit more space or want the option to prepare simple meals between dining out. The included continental breakfast offers a variety of options, and you can order eggs fresh to your liking. Since this was a working trip, I had prepaid for dinners, and that turned out to be the highlight of my stay. The meals were delicious and full of flavour, & the chef was kind enough to make a few accommodations for me. Most of all, I want to thank the incredible restaurant team at A Oficina - Brandon, João, Letícia, and Cristiana made every meal feel warm and welcoming with their friendly service and genuine hospitality. They truly made my experience!"

"Such a delightful stay! Rooms were beautifully designed and all had balconies that looked onto the street so you could enjoy the surroundings Breakfast items were very good . Easily walkable to marina and shopping and good restaurants and museums. Would definitely stay here again. And The Texan restaurant has DELICIOUS true to taste Mexican food that we are used to with the flavors similar to the USA in case you are looking for a change of palette. Book here - you won’t regret! "

"This is truly the most amazing location in Graff. You are right on the water with the view over the harbor and boat there you are walking distance to all the best restaurants in Agra. Would they lack in services and breakfast options it more than makes up for in location. There is a restaurant upstairs where you also have breakfast, which has an extra extraordinary view. I don’t know if this is associated with the Hotel management or not. It looks like a very elegant restaurant and may be operated by a different group, but I would definitely make a reservation here if you are interested in a special dinner while you’re in Angra. Can delight tables with table cloths at night contrast with a very simple breakfast of packaged foods and very minimal options for coffee, juice, bread, and cheese. That is not a problem for us as you are very close walking distance to many good breakfast options"

"Our stay was was lovely. The water in the bathroom tap was clean and drinkable, and tastes great. The breakfast provided in the morning was also a great touch. Not to mention the host was so sweet and kind, and offered information about the local festivities that were going on that weekend. This was incredibly comfortable and offered much more than expected from a budget accommodation. "
