We liked absolutely everything! Wonderful,caring, polite and most helpful staff, hot tub was great, amazing breakfast and superior location! Lovely property, will make sure to come back if ever on the island again. Don’t look any further-this is the best hotel on the island!

This hotel was an absolute gem! Centrally located with fantastic access to the old town and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The facilities were amazing, with the pool right on our doorstep — perfect for cooling down and relaxing in the evenings. Breakfast was superb, with a fantastic selection from the buffet as well as freshly cooked options available on request. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the whole hotel felt luxurious and decadent — such a treat! Parking was also really easy, with plenty of spaces available in the square for just a couple of euros a night. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return.

The interior design of the hotel was well-done, with ample use of gold-colored accents and a lot of attention to detail. It provided an intimate hotel experience, very different from the larger chain hotels.

Our stay at Hotel Teatro was wonderful The staff, including Ana, Carlos and Joanna, was very friendly and accommodating; they were full of excellent and helpful suggestions. The breakfasts were outstanding and the staff goes above and beyond in that regard as well. We would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is EXCELLENT! It is on a quiet side street in the town center and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach/ ocean front. From the moment we walked into the lobby we knew we were somewhere special. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was amazing. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

The room was spotless, and it was cleaned every day- fresh towels, bed made, coffee refilled…. The breakfast was outstanding- so much variety and excellent quality. We loved our stay and we would highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing Hotel & Location

This hotel was amazing quality and location. This was my first time in Terceira and this is where I will stay next time. Next trip I have to try their sister restaurant.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the best area with many shops and restaurant choices as well as a beautiful botanical garden just a short walk away. The hotel staff was exceptional. The amenities were amazing. We especially loved the sauna and jacuzzi after long days exploring Terceira. We had fantastic breakfast every morning and they made us cappuccinos and the best local teas. We would give our highest rating for our stay! :)

Elegantly decorated boutique hotel in an excellent location for exploring the city. Room was very comfortable and staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was not very extensive but still quite lovely. We loved relaxing in the jacuzzi tub, sauna, and outdoor pool - it's small but we had it to ourselves! Hotel has only two designated parking spots for an extra 20€ fee. Parking was a bit of a pain mostly due to Portugal Day street closures, but it was easy to find street parking nearby once everything was open again.

Carlos at the front desk was amazing! He went out of his way for his, even running next door to make a reservation for us for dinner. He was very engaging and we had a fantastic conversation with him during our stay. The room was so beautiful with a fantastic attention to detail. We used both the hot tubs and steam and sauna as well. The breakfast buffet was just ok, so we ordered an omelette, which was good. We had a great stay.

Perfectly located in downtown area within minutes of walking to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff who are accommodating and go above and beyond. Breakfast options were great too. Being able to reserve a parking spot was a plus since we had a car.

Une surprise…. De toutes nos destinations, sur différents continent, c’est la meilleure expérience hôtelière que nous ayons vécu! Le moindre détail est pensé, le petit déjeuner est fabuleux, la literie excellente. Propreté irréprochable. Cerise sur le gâteau, un personnel bienveillant, accueillant, prévenant. Mention spéciale à Joanna et Fabio qui ont été des hôtes exceptionnels, tant par leur gentillesse que par leur compétence. Pour sûr, si nous repassons à Terceira, c’est là que nous viendrons!
