"The staff is the best part of this place! They are the nicest hosts you will ever come across with. The hotel room is beautiful and newly renovated. The only negative is that is in an old building where maintenance is very much needed. But once you are in the hotel suite WOW! So beautiful and you will be treated like gold! "

Going to charge us 1.00 for each coffee cylinder We were there three night parking d $1000 for two rooms. Staff were polite but we had to keep asking for help in regards to tv and coffee machine. Had to ask for towels. Staff never went in room. "

"The hotel is small and cozy. The room was very big, with plenty of space for two adults. It was clean and well-equipped, with a small fridge, a kettle, tea bags, a coffee table, and two chairs. Although it was cold outside, the room was perfectly warm and comfortable. The breakfast was great, offering a wide and varied selection, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The location is excellent very close to the train station, where you can easily catch trains to the Cinque Terre, just a 5-minute walk from the harbor, and within easy reach of many bars and restaurants for dinner. A special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Overall, the experience was very good."
