"We had a fabulous stay at Cinque Terre Gateway! Michael went above and beyond to help us. We had a hiccup with our parking, called him on WhatsApp and he took care of calling the parking garage and getting the issue resolved. He was on his way out and spotted us pulling our luggage and introduced himself. He then helped with our luggage and getting us settled and oriented to the city. He recommended some fabulous things to do in the area including 2 wineries. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in LaSpezia/Cinque Terre. Perfect location with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Be sure and include breakfast in your stay. Wonderful caffe with great coffee, juice and pastries. FYI: Can also book direct with the hotel. "

"I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake. "
