"I have stayed in many properties around Viareggio for work over the past 2 years. I would stay here again. Very clean, everything must have been recently renovated because it's all like new. Internet not great anywhere but living room/bedroom. Nice back patio. Convenient to everything in Viareggio city proper with grocery store and butcher near by. Steps from the beach and promenade. great communication with managers."

Auch die zwei Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Das Bad ist recht klein, verfügt aber über alles, was man braucht inkl. Waschmaschine. Beim heißen Wasser benötigt man etwas Geduld, was aber nicht weiter stört. The information from Giancarlo was excellent before arrival and during our stay. We appreciated the parking in garage and the flat was rather close to the beach with excellent services. "
