"This space was authentically rustic and very livable. Modern kitchen conveniences, comfortable beds, plenty immediate hot water & pressure. Large outdoor space was equipped for relaxed viewing the expanse of Viareggio/Ligurian Sea in day & a plethora of twinkling nighttime lights. "Das kleine Häuschen war super ausgestattet und die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Uns ging was zu Bruch, auch das wurde unkompliziert gelöst. Auch für unseren Hund war es die perfekte Location und er konnte sich frei bewegen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden in der Nähe. "Wir hatten eine tolle Woche Ferien in Viareggio! Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Für 5 Personen hatten wir genug Platz und Geschirr - und sogar einen Geschirrspühler (nebst Waschmaschine). Alles da! Einzig die Entfernung zum Meer.. Wir wären gerne zu Fuss ans Meer. Aber mit 4 Kids und allem Gepäck sind 2 km doch ein bischen weit."

Ein problemloser Check-in, ein guter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin, die gute Ausstattung des Hauses und der Garten, der einen schönen Auslauf für unseren Hund bot, haben dazu beigetragen. Strand, kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß, in etwa 10 Minuten, erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal."

"This was our first time in Marina de Pietrasanta and we loved it! The location of this villa couldn't be better. We walked to fantastic restaurants and the sea. The villa is vintage, so don't expect a remodeled kitchen...but who wants to spend time in the kitchen when there are so many wonderful restaurants just a short walk away. Our adult kids loved the bicycles. Annalisa is available if you need anything."

"The property is really nice and the host pays a lot of attention to the details in terms of making guests welcome. All basic supplies are at the house with a welcome basket including fruits, water and a Prosecco! Very thoughtful. The big disappointment for us was the location as the pin on the map is nowhere near the actual location and I made the mistake not to double check the address for accuracy. We have been many times to Lido Di Camaiore and would certainly not stay near the highway and...

"Very disappointed that towels were extra and they charged for air conditioning. This should be publisized on the site. Oh yeah, wifi is not included in the cabin either and lots of misquitos. Stayed for the beach which was nice and fun area if you truly are camping not passing through."
