Perfect location, close to train station and the Main Street. Our host was ver helpful and gave us recommendations and tips to visit La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Definitely will stay again.

The room was clean and very close to resturants . Only a couple of blocks to the train station. Best plan to go out for breakfast.

Hotel location is good about 5 mins walk from La Spezia main station. Hotel is clean and easy to find. But the condition of the fittings can be improved. Overall, a positive stay as the owner is friendly, helpful and most importantly responsive!

Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Near train station and a few minutes away from restaurants and shops. Recommended for short stays ie. 1 or 2 nights. There is no staff or service. The manager/owner greets you upon reception and shows you the ropes and hands over the keys. It was for a short stay to visit Cinque Terre and was ideal for us for 1 night.

When we arrived at the property the air conditioning in our room was broken. When we asked about what we could do the host said to turn on the fan for the ac unit and open the window. It was 36 degrees Celsius and only cooled down to 29 at night. All we got from the host was a sorry and that he had no other rooms available but at least it’s only one night. There was no offer of reimbursement despite the room advertising ac and us booking specifically because we wanted an. Due to this we had to leave window open and it made the room very noisy due to the busy street below. This made the whole experience very disappointing especially due to the lack of effort to make the situation better on the host part.

O hotel tem excelente localização, bem próximo da estação de trem. Limpo e aconchegante, bem funcional para um casal. A equipe do hotel foi muito cordial e gentil, além de ter dado excelentes dicas de hotéis e pontos turísticos

Fint opphold på Altamarea.

Vi hadde et fint opphold. Verten møtte oss da vi kom og gav nyttig informasjon og svarte på spørsmål. Det var veldig varmt, så vi satte pris på air condition. Det skulle gjerne ha vore meir plass til å henge opp våte håndklær og badetøy.

Kyseessä ei ole hotelli vaan bed and breakfast tyyppinen ratkaisu. Huoneita on viisi ja ne sijaitsevat tavallisen kerrostalon neljännessä kerroksessa. Talo ei ole kummoinen, mutta huoneet ovat remontoituja ja siistejä. Vastaanotto on paikalla vain sisään tultaessa. Saapuminen sijui oikein hyvin. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen lähellä rautatieasemaa ja pääkatua. Aamiainen on tarjolla läheisessä baarissa, mikä ei ole kovinkaan mukava ratkaisu.

Awesome to be greeted by the owner. Only 5 rooms, but all unique. Each named after the villages of Cinque Terre. Rooms are on the 3rd floor of a building. One gets several keys when arriving, one for front door, one for mini elevator, one for floor access and one for your room. Water, coffee etc provided. Very fast free internet. Close to train station, restaurants, stores and town centre. Would high recommend and return again

Perfect base for Cinque Terre

5 min walk to train station. La Spezia shopping only few minutes away. Large rooms, nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Great restaurant tips from Altamarea.
