It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay.
Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year.

Amazing location and good views. Great friendly staff and quick check in.
The air-conditioning in the room was quite weak and the room was tidy but not spotless. There was a broken hanger which could have been a hazard.
