「We had a lovely week away. The cottage was well situated for things we wanted to do. Paul across the road we met as we were leaving was very friendly and checked that everything with our stay was ok. He doesn’t have a car so parking on his drive worked really well (I was worry we would have to keep moving the car/get trapped in.) and we were able to get to our car whenever we needed it. Tescos is a 5 min walk and town is very close. There is a nice play park just across the road and Alfreton...

「A really lovely property - very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Great location in the Peak District with pubs in walking distance and short distance in a car to lots of activities and places of interest. Offroad parking for at least 2 cars. 「Lovely house and very quiet location which is what I loved . Everything you needed in terms of kitchen facilities /utensils etc . Lovely comfy bed , down side was late check in 4pm and early check out out 10am , no breakfast included but other than than lovely .」

「Stunning location - perfect for anyone wishing to escape the hustle & bustle of life. 」

There was one electric heater in the living room but otherwise the central heating did not work and it was a chilly evening. The thermostat did not rise above 16 degrees. The hot water at the sink was barely lukewarm so we didn’t even attempt a...
