「You will not find a more exceptional hotel in the Lauterbrunnen Valley. The Palace is stunning, with 360 degree breathtaking views in every direction. 「Wonderful hotel at a very affordable price. The staff is so nice they even did our laundry for only 10 CHF. The room was so spacious with 2 bunk beds and 2 beds in separate rooms. All this plus Beautiful views of the town and mountains. Also very central 10 minutes from town center and train station. Excellent ! Do highly recommend ! 」

「We booked a family room for four for one night and had a very pleasant stay. Room and toilet was very clean & most importantly the view from our room was the main attraction! Check in was easy as well, parking was free, breakfast was yummy and homey. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with no complaints! It's also a good mid point for Interlaken and Grindewald 」

「チェックインからチェックアウトまでの全ての対応が素晴らしかったです。 とても気持ち良く滞在ができました。 かなり急な坂の上にあるので重いスーツケースを運ぶのが大変でしたが、駅からの距離は大したことないので楽しめました。冷蔵庫はないので注意してください。 それ以外は素晴らしいの一言。朝食もとても美味しく、連泊後の早朝チェックアウトにも、「ベストを尽くすよ」と言ってテイクアウトを用意してくれました。パンやヨーグルトが入っており、こちらも大変美味しかったです。 坂の上にあるだけあって、眺めは最高でした。 宿泊客の多くが、ホテルの共有テラスや部屋のテラスから眺めを満喫していました。 文句なしの星５です。おすすめします。」

「朝食は8時からでしたが「Jungfrauに行くから早めに外出したい」とお願いしたら、6時にしてくれました。割と融通は効くみたいです」

「The breakfast/lunch to go package was very nice for the price. Very handy to take on our trips our for the day. In the kitchen area they need to label more of the drawers and cabinets. Had to literally open every one to find the garbage. Label in multiple languages. 」

「どうにかなるって感じで楽しむことができたが、疲れていたり柔軟な対応ができない人には、苦痛になると思われるホテルだと言えるでしょう。 改善できれば良いと思う点をいかに記す。 部屋の高さが隣接する高架道路と同じ高さであり、サッカー試合のライブで賑やかで、チェックインの方法が不明確で、部屋の通路が暗すぎて部屋に入る際に暗証番号を入力がしにくい。」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The host, Dani, was incredibly kind and made me feel truly welcome. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking both the lake and the majestic mountains—an unforgettable sight! Breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. Although the facility is not brand new, it is impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the bus from Interlaken West station runs only once...
